Description: The online version of the world's most widely used small business accounting software. It is not quite the same as the stand-alone version, however, it offers the benefit that if you have remote users you can all access the books.
Review: By far the best accounting software for non-professional accountants, and probably pretty high up there for professionals. If you run your own business, this is a great product to start using. We rank it high for accounting. It does also have bill paying options as well as invoicing features. However, neither of them are as easy to use as other Bill Paying and Invoicing systems, so we stay away from that aspect. However, it is true that if you use QuickBooks for all your functions, everything is neatly found in one place. We found that using the On-Line version was slow compared to using the desktop version. Looking up categories and entering customers just took too long. That being said, if you want an on-line SaaS solution, this is as good as it gets.
