Description: A billing manager that allows you to create invoices and track their payment.

Review: This service limits itself to the mere creation of an invoice and tracking payments. In comparison to something Freshbooks, which gives complete project time management, Billing Manager is rather limited. The benefit of course is that it comes from Intuit, the leading provider of the other aspects of your on-line accounting system. Thus you know there is a reliable company behind the product, and supposedly interfacing is easy. However, it's limitations outweigh that benefit, in our opinion.
