Review: The good thing about SmartSheets is that it is so generic, the sheets can be used to track just about anything: tasks, events, documents. The bad thing about SmartSheets is that it is so generic. We like formatted documents that tell me what to do, and there is just too much blank space on SmartSheets. Plus, they are not as strong in features as something like Google Docs might be. However, they are a product to keep an eye on. You can try it for free.
