Description: An easy to use SaaS application for tracking expenses. You send your receipts to Shoboxed, where they scan and categorize them. Then you can bring the data into the accounting software of your choice. Pricing ranges from $9.95 for 50 receipts a month up to $49.95 for 500, with major increases if you sign up for a year. Business Cards can also be scanned.

Review: If you are as tired of little pieces of paper as we are, you will love this product. Just stuff all your receipts in an envelope and get rid of them. In exchange you get a nice tidy electronic ledger, that you can actually use. We find that the data is accurately categorized, and the response time is good. We also like that it has broad interface capabilities, from Quickbooks, to Excel, to Freshbooks, and others. The pricing is great, if you sign up for a year. And they have just added a business card scanning option.
