Review: There's a lot good to be said about Adobe Connect, starting with the fact that you have no software to download. You control who accesses your meeting, and there is the ability to record, edit and download the meeting. You can even block recording. You can also completely control the access, including who can and can't access or record. There is an ability to archive transcripts as well. I particularly like the fact that you can find out all about it on their website with short informative audio clips. They walk their talk in multi-media. There is a free trial so there is nothing to lose by checking it out. They have flexible pricing, from a software license to annual subscription to a monthly and pay-as-you-go, so there is obviously something for everyone's budget. Alas, the prices aren't cheap for monthly and pay as you go. 5 users is $350 a month, and pay as you go is .32/min/user. On the other hand you get what you pay for, and it is a very complete system, if you a buying for a large corporation. Worth considering.
