You can select a basic package and add on optional modules as you need them. For example, the Professional Version includes 360 reviews, compensation management, performance management, goal setting and more.
Review: Once you get into a system as complex as HR management, there is no short cut in terms of reviews. It really demands a hands-on exposure, which we have not done. The pricing, of $125/user/year is certainly affordable for the small business who would use the Professional version. The add-ons probably add a bit more to the price. The best we can say from looking at it from 'afar' is that they clearly know their business. All the modules are quite compelling. It's not clear how easy to use it is. Even to watch a demo, you need to give your full information, which, on principle, I'm not willing to do, unless I'm getting a free trial. So, try it out yourself, and let us know.
