It compares favorably with BaseCamp in terms of task management and collaboration, but goes one one step further with the addition of the billing and invoicing, issue management, and time management. These are unexpected additions and very welcome. As far as being intuitive, it depends on your familiarity with project management. However, it is pretty much what you see is what you get. It is definitely worth a free trial to see if it suits your needs.
