Review: It was hard to decide if Mumboe should simply be listed as another document storage solution or not. However, it is in a class by itself, because of the built-in intelligence it has regarding what is important about contracts. So we are classifying it under legal. The great thing about Mumboe is that in addition to being able to upload and store all your contracts in a secure repository, it also has a very intelligent extract and search mechanism.

In fact, the extract feature is brilliant. It scans your contract for typical key words such as parties, terms, disclosure, etc, up to 100 terms. Then, it shows you the terms, and where in the actual document the term is found, and what it says. You can then keep or discard what has been created. Of course with any computer search, it may not pick up everything perfectly, but it does a darn good job of finding and displaying what you need.

Another thing we like about Mumboe is the library of on-line video tutorials and free start-up training.

You can't beat the pricing. The one-user version for 10 contracts is free. Then the full version is $24/month per user, or less if the user is a read-only user. It's well worth trying out the free Mumboe Express. You may just love it.
