Review: The best part of Pixily is the simplicity. They provide the pre-paid envelopes, you put your papers in the envelopes, and all the rest happens easily. No more sitting by your scanner watching for jams, or wondering where you put pieces of paper. The service is first class, and the ease of searching is terrific.

The pricing is reasonable. Besides the 2-month free trial, you can choose from 1, 2 or 4 envelopes a month, and pay from $14.95 to $59.95 a month.

Personally I think that sending only once a week could be limiting, if you are trying to get a project off the ground and want to share the documents right away. However, you can also email pdf files, so you can always scan them yourself, if you need to get something on-line fast.They also limit you to 50 sheets per envelope, and if you are in a legal business where contracts are huge, this could be too small for you. In that case you need to use their (pricier) document scanning service, where you send the stuff in a pre-paid box, and they charge $.075 an image. However, the limitations aside, for a small business, it's a pretty good service.
