Description: An on-line term sheet generator. Using a series of interviews, the user can draft a Founders Term Sheet, Bridge Financing Term Sheet and Preferred Stock Financing Term Sheet. The product currently only runs on Internet Explorer V6.

Review: We rate this high for the idea, as we long have championed on-line interviews for legal forms. However, we cannot rate it's effectiveness because it is limited to IE6, and we are running on a MAC with Firefox. Stay tuned for more in-depth reviews. This product appears to be free, which is a great offering for the emerging business community.
