The library consists of legal documents in the following categories: Corporate Formation (Delaware), Founders Stock Purchase, Director/Officer related documents, Employment and Consultant, Technology, and Equity Compensation. Each category has from two to ten documents that are useful in the category. Several involve questionnaires that allow you to fill in the blanks for your particular situation.

Review: This is a fabulous and long-awaited addition to serving the needs of start-up companies. There are so many legal documents that don't vary in each case, and yet, often, there are steep legal fees associated with creating these basic documents. Orrick, a legal firm, has gone a long way in making the legal world more accessible to small and emerging businesses, and we thank them for that. By most definitions, this product might not be called SaaS, as it is simply a library and not an application. However, it is so urgently needed, we can't help but promote it to our readers. From what we can see, this product is also totally free.
