The resulting term sheet is a Word document that you then access. You can save your answers as you proceed in case you need to restart or go back. It's also helpful that you can save at any time, and also save the final draft locally. Best of all, it seems to run on any platform and browser, which it's nearest competitor, Orrick, has not yet been able to offer. While we list the company as the Legal Partners of WSGR, the actual technology behind the term sheet generator is a product called DealBuilder by Business Integrity. it's not clear if individuals could access this same product on their own. Finally, the whole product appears to be free, again a great plus.
