Description: On-line backup product. You download software and then it will back up files you select, using incremental backups. $4.95 a month for unlimited storage, or get a free account if you need only up to 2 gb. There is also MozyPro for offices, at $3.95 per machine plus gb charges.

Review: Mozy requires software downloads, so for that reason we do not consider it a true SaaS solution. On the other hand, it does backup to the Internet, so we included it. But why in the world do they still need you to download software? In addition, their pricing for small businesses seems steep, needing to pay for each desktop as well as gigabyte charges.
