Review: Managing expenses is the number one key to success for a start-up, so for this reason alone Coupa probably gives a great ROI. Besides all the obvious money saving reasons to use an on-line controls system for your purchases, I love the fact that Coupa works on your Iphone as well. If someone needs to buy something right away, and all you have to do is click to approve, it can't get any easier and cheaper than that. It integrates with Quickbooks so that the invoices you pay appear in your bookkeeping system. IN theory, Coupa looks like a winner. Alas, they won't even let you look at their on-line videos without giving your entire contact info. In our book, that's a demerit, but in all fairness, it does show very aggressive marketing tactics on their part. I sense they are aggressive about getting you. However, for a product of this caliber, you probably won't regret being snared.
