Description: An on-line help system that allows you to completely integrate your help desk with your own website, including adding a knowledge base, and allowing users to submit tickets to you for resolution. Pricing ranges from $9/month to $19 and $39 depending on the number of customer service agents you will have using the system. It will direct emails from your customers, as well as let your customer track the progress of their request. In addition, the API system already integrates with a vast number of products including SalesForce, Freshbook and othres.
Review: We love the catchy colors of the website, and the cute use of images and sounds. However, it's a bit hard to see how much of the system is really going to take customer service to the next level. It doesn't serve as a bug-tracking system so much as a customer interface. However, as interfaces go, it looks quite nice. To be honest, we didn't give it a try. Perhaps you will and let us know what you think.
